		<description>Finally a coherent response to the health insurance is a right argument.  My suggestion is to reform the health care billing system  If we actually knew how much health care (meaning doctor visits, hospital visits, not premiums) costs we would be able to fundamentally transform the system by reducing costs and improving quality.  We need information, competition and choice, not more government control.   </description>
