Arnold Schwarzenegger the poet
California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke at a democratic gathering recently, and was heckled by the crowd. One notable instance was when Assemblyman Tom Ammiano shouted, “you lie!” Well, it looks like the Governor wasn’t too happy with what transpired at the gathering.
In a veto message to Tom Ammiano, Schwarzenegger decided to get poetic by including an acrostic poem in the body of the letter. As you might know, an acrostic poem uses the first letter from each line to spell a word. Take a look at the message below:
