Rep. Phil Hare: “I don’t worry about the Constitution on this to be honest…”

At a meeting with constituents, Rep. Phil Hare says he doesn’t worry about the Constitution when it comes to Obamacare. Really? I wonder what other issues Rep. Hare feels are important enough to ignore the Constitution.
