Sister Nancy lets “the word” guide her votes

It looks like Nancy Pelosi is religious, in her own twisted way. Pelosi, who is Catholic, claims she is guided by “the word”, and that she will be judged by Jesus. Let’s add Nancy Pelosi to that long list of politicians (Ted Kennedy, Patrick Kennedy) who claim to be religious, yet conduct themselves in ways that fly in the face of church doctrine.

Over the years, Nancy Pelosi has been a staunch supporter of abortion rights, gay marriage, and assisted suicide. I tend to disagree with her, but I do agree with her stances on those issues. With that said, I find it hard to believe that someone with these views could present themselves as a devout Catholic.
